Trial Run: Songde New Material Equipment Coating Line Reform Project

Recently, the company has successfully reformed a special paper coating machine for Songde. Now the equipment is running stable and reliable. Because the original coating is measured by blade, the stability of coating in production is comparably poor, which seriously affects the quality of paper. According to the customer’s paper grade, this time we change its blade measurement to air knife measurement, the coating weight can be controlled within 3-10 g/m2, the crosswise error is small, the quality of coating greatly increased.  Customer has achieved great comprehensive benefits with relatively small investment, and expressed the hope to cooperate again with good wishes.
